SAMPLES/HANDOUTS:
We would like to ask any of you who work for a photography equipment company, aerospace company or a publisher to bring samples, brochures, promo materials, etc. to hand out to attendees. This has proved a popular feature in previous years. If shipping is a concern or you have questions, please don’t hesitate to call.

TO ALL GUEST SPEAKERS...
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ARRANGING TRANSPORTATION AND FOR YOUR HOTEL RESERVATIONS.
We will reimburse you by check during the course of the event (please bring documentation on expenses). We'll take care of your hotel bill while you're at the Hampton Inn, as well. If anyone has any difficulty with this, please call Jay Miller and he'll work out a solution.

All foreign nationals will need two forms of ID ( Passport and Visa) along with a Photo ID
