Bill was born at the Edwards Air Force Base Hospital and spent the first twelve years of his life on various military installations in the U.S. and overseas, and grew up around the military and its aircraft. After graduation from high school he went directly into the U.S. Navy where he spent 8 years as an Aviation Structural Mechanic.  
Bill has been photographing Military aircraft since the 60’s and is now interested in expanding his horizons. Bill is not published and is looking for opportunities.
