Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta
The photo is from the 2007 Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta in Albuquerque,
New Mexico. Maybe ten-percent of the balloons launched that morning
are visible in the picture. Dates were October 6 through 14.

Fantastic event as always. Nearly 900 balloons in attendance and over
100,000 spectators. Probably the most photogenic gathering of any
kind on the planet. Several ISAP members were there, including Susan and me, and Eric Schulzinger and his wife Jeri. There may have been others, but the crowd was so large it was impossible to tell.

Weather was great, photo ops were endless, and over-all, it was just fantastic! Kathie Leyendecker, the head media lady for the event, is pushing hard for us to have a mid-year ISAP event during the course of the Fiesta.
