The Founders

Jay Miller and Chad Slattery are the initial founders of ISAP. They started brainstorming the idea years prior to the first gathering in February 2001.
Jay Miller has worked in the aviation industry for nearly forty years, written some thirty plus books and innumerable articles. Chad Slattery is closely associated with Smithsonian's Air & Space Magazine, where he is a contributing editor and has photographed over a dozen cover stories.
